Congress has failed in providing any provisions in the bailout package that are serious and viable to help and assist homeowners in keeping their homes.
This Congress made it quite clear from the onset of this bill and many other bills that they bend over backwards for many but not the homeowners, it was there intention of having the government foreclose on your and not offer any ample help, just a little fluff to make them feel morally straight and sincere in their own minds, while letting you sink or swim.
For real help, we need many Countrywide Home Loan customers that are looking to become part of this so that we have the proper leverage when trying to lower principal amounts which will reap the banks much more than the few cents on the dollar that the government will be offering them.
