What is your primary product or service?
All facets of residential construction with an emphasis on new homes and home remodeling in all price ranges.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dean and Colin both worked as framing carpenters and had a desire to take their skills to the next level.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our company operates as a fixed cost contractor rather than cost plus so that the Homeowner is aware of what the total cost of their new home or project will be prior to commencement. Dean and Colin are personally at each job a minimum of once a day, sometimes more as warranted.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office in Grimes but build throughout the Des Moines metropolitan area.
