A Great Place to Skate!
Metro Ice Sports is a locally owned ice skating rink open year round. We are a two sheet facility that is focused on providing a high quality recreational center for the Central Iowa area.
We are proud partners with the Iowa Wild AHL hockey team and Des Moines Youth Hockey Association to provide a fun and active environment to learn and grow the sport of hockey.
We are also proud partners with the Des Moines Figure Skating Club where figure skaters can grow in the sport after they have completed the Metro Ice Sports Learn to Skate Program.
